Curved bouclé sofa, made to order in Dubai
The Dune is a sculptural curved sofa upholstered in soft ivory bouclé. Its long crescent-shaped seat sweeps in a gentle arc, topped by a round bolster backrest that sits off-centre and leaves one end open, like a wind-shaped dune. Rounded edges, a deep 90 cm seat and a recessed black plinth that makes the sofa appear to float give it a soft, organic presence. At 260 cm wide, 90 cm deep and 70 cm high, it comfortably seats three to four people and is handmade to order in our Al Quoz workshop.
Bouclé is a looped, nubby fabric with a cosy, tactile texture that catches the light and softens any room. On the Dune it is fitted smoothly over every curve with crisp welted seams, so the sofa looks just as considered from the back and sides as it does from the front. The open, armless ends make it easy to sit, lounge or perch from any angle.
A Statement Curved Sofa for Dubai Homes
Curved sofas bring flow to open-plan living rooms, villas and penthouses, and work beautifully floated in the middle of a room, in front of a window or around a round coffee table to create a conversation area. The Dune's ivory bouclé pairs naturally with travertine, oak, walnut, limestone, linen and warm neutral walls, and suits modern, Japandi, organic modern and quiet-luxury interiors. It is equally at home in hotel lobbies, lounges, show apartments and boutique retail spaces.

How much is the Dune Curved Bouclé Sofa?
The Dune Curved Bouclé Sofa is AED 9,500 in ivory bouclé at 260 cm wide. Custom sizes and fabrics are quoted on request.
Where should I place a curved sofa?
Curved sofas look best floated in an open-plan living room, in front of a large window, or paired with a round coffee table to create a conversation area. The Dune is finished on all sides, so it can sit in the middle of a room.
Is bouclé a practical fabric for a sofa in Dubai?
Yes. Bouclé is hard-wearing and its looped texture hides everyday marks well. Vacuum it regularly with a soft brush attachment, blot spills straight away, and keep it out of strong direct sunlight to keep the ivory colour fresh.
How do I clean a bouclé sofa?
Vacuum weekly with a soft upholstery brush, blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, and spot clean with a mild fabric cleaner. Avoid rubbing, which can pull the loops, and use a professional upholstery cleaner for deep cleaning.
Is the Dune available in other colours?
Yes. It is shown in ivory bouclé, and we can make it in cream, oatmeal, taupe, grey and other bouclé colours, as well as linen and velvet. Visit our showroom to see the fabric samples.
